# Soda Water with Flavours Here's a quick guide to start flavouring your sparkling water with Wonder Flavours concentrates. Approximate Usage in Beverages 0.1–0.3% by volume Unit of Measurement Amount of Flavour (Approx.) 1 Liter 1–3mL 700mL 0.7–2.1mL 500mL 0.5–1.5mL **Note:** These suggested usage rates are intended as a starting point only. Individual flavour profiles vary significantly, and you may wish to use more flavouring to achieve your preferred taste intensity. Getting Started General Tip - Start low (1mL flavour to 1 liter of water). - It is easier to add more flavour than remove excess flavour. - If flavour becomes too strong, dilute with additional water. Flavouring With Sparkling Water Maker - Add flavour to water before bubbling. - Carbonate according to your machine instructions. Flavouring Store Bought Sparkling Water - Add flavour directly to sparkling water. - Stir gently but thoroughly to preserve carbonation.
