Great flavor. Only thing, make sure to steep before making final decisions, it mellows out after a couple days.

This flavor is good. I am in love with it. The subtle spices are what make this a fabulous base for any type of pastry type mix you want to achieve. Mixed at 1.5% and it is very noticeable, I am sure the spices will tone down with time and aging, however will still be visible. This could be used with chocolates, fruits, creams, etc. I am in love with it. A nice spice cake would be great, like a coffee cake or something along those lines.
