Are there import fees for international orders?
Import duties and fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Usage
Are Wonder Flavours concentrates keto-friendly or suitable for low-carbohydrate products?

Other formulations are available through custom flavour development. If you need compatibility information for a specific formula, contact us with your application.
Usage
Are Wonder Flavours' flavours aseptic?
Wonder Flavours' flavour products are not classified as aseptic. However, they are specifically designed and widely used for beverage applications, including beer, spirits, and fermented products.

Our flavours are manufactured under GMP standards in ISO-certified facilities and are formulated using ingredients commonly used in beverage production. The propylene glycol base and proprietary flavour formulations naturally support product stability and shelf life.

For brewing applications, we generally recommend adding flavour after fermentation is complete for the most consistent flavour performance and to preserve the intended flavour profile.

Wonder Flavours products are currently used by hundreds of breweries and beverage manufacturers in commercial production.
Usage
Are Wonder Flavours food grade?
Yes. Wonder Flavours concentrates are food flavourings intended for food and beverage manufacturing applications.
Documents
Are Wonder Flavours SC and NC flavours compliant with China’s GB 2760-2024 standard?

Samples
Can I get help choosing the right flavour?
Yes. If you are unsure which flavour to use, contact us with your application, target flavour profile, base formula, usage level, and order volume. We can help suggest suitable options or samples.
Shipping

Yes. Bulk sizes are available for many catalogue flavours, including gallons, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums, and 275 gallon totes. Contact us if you need freight, lead time, or bulk pricing information.

Samples
Can I return a flavour I don't like?
We're unable to offer refunds based on taste preferences, but we encourage you to request free samples for your business to try before placing a large order.
Ordering

Shipping
Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes, customers may use their own UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight account for eligible orders. Contact us before ordering if you want to arrange shipment through your own carrier account.
Usage
Can I use Wonder Flavours in alcoholic beverages?
Yes. Wonder Flavours concentrates are used in beer, spirits, cocktails, hard seltzers, and similar beverage applications. For beer, we recommend adding flavour post-fermentation and starting around 0.1–0.3% by volume.
Usage
Can I use Wonder Flavours in baked goods?
Yes, our flavours are used in bakery applications. Heat can affect flavour intensity, so small-batch testing is recommended to determine the right usage level after baking.
Usage
Can I use Wonder Flavours in candy, gummies, or confections?
Yes. Wonder Flavours concentrates can be used in candy, gummies, hard candy, syrups, and other confectionery applications. Test for flavour strength, acidity, sweetness, and process compatibility.
Usage
Can I use Wonder Flavours in carbonated drinks or soda?
Yes. Wonder Flavours concentrates can be used in soda, sparkling water, craft beverages, syrups, and other carbonated drinks. Start with a low usage rate and test carbonation, sweetness, acidity, and shelf stability before scaling.
Ordering
Can I use Wonder Flavours in dairy, ice cream, or frozen desserts?
Yes. Wonder Flavours concentrates are used in dairy, ice cream, frozen desserts, fillings, and similar products. Test in the final base because fat, sugar, acidity, and temperature can change flavour perception.
Shipping
Can shipping or delivery charges be refunded?
Shipping charges are not automatically refundable. Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, the original shipping charge is normally non-refundable. If an order was cancelled before shipment, shipping was charged incorrectly, or the carrier approves a service refund, contact us with the order number so we can review the request.

Import duties, taxes, brokerage, and other third-party charges are separate from Wonder Flavours’ shipping charge and cannot normally be refunded by Wonder Flavours.
Usage
Can Wonder Flavours concentrates be used in wine, cider, mead, piquette, or wine coolers?
Yes. Our water-soluble liquid concentrates can be used in wine, cider, mead, piquette, wine coolers, and similar fermented beverages. When practical, add the flavour after fermentation and begin with a small bench trial around 0.1–0.3% by volume.

The producer is responsible for confirming formula, ingredient, and labelling requirements in the market where the finished beverage will be sold. U.S. producers should review our TTB Approved flavours when supporting documentation is required.
Custom Flavours
Can Wonder Flavours help with custom flavour development?
Yes. Wonder Flavours can develop custom flavours for businesses. Custom liquid flavours start at a 5 gallon minimum, and custom powder flavours start at 25 kg.
Custom Flavours

Yes! We offer custom flavour manufacturing in natural, artificial, organic, and non-GMO options, in liquid or powder form. Minimum order is 5 gallons (liquid) or 25kg (powder).

Custom development information is available at: https://www.wonderflavours.com/pages/custom-flavours
Samples
Can you develop a custom flavour for soda, sparkling water, energy drinks, or other beverages?
Yes. We can develop custom beverage profiles such as cola, lemon-lime, orange, fruit combinations, botanical blends, and other proprietary concepts.

Provide the intended beverage base, target flavour profile, natural or artificial preference, sweetness and acidity system, processing conditions, ingredient restrictions, and expected commercial volume. We will provide samples for evaluation before production. Custom minimums start at 5 gallons for liquid flavours or 25 kg for powder flavours.
Usage
Can you match or recreate a flavour?
We may be able to help develop a flavour inspired by a target profile. Contact us with the application, flavour goal, ingredient restrictions, and expected order volume.
Documents
Why did my flavour change colour?
Colour variation can occur naturally over time or from batch to batch, especially when naturally derived raw materials are used. A colour change does not necessarily mean the flavour has changed in taste or quality.
Ordering
Do flavour concentrates need to be refrigerated after opening, and how should they be stored?
While refrigeration may extend shelf life, Wonder Flavours' catalogue flavours do not require refrigeration before or after opening. Store them tightly sealed at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shake well before use, as some concentrates may settle or separate slightly during storage.
Ordering
Do flavours need to be refrigerated?
Our ready-to-order catalogue flavours do not require refrigeration. Store them at room temperature, tightly sealed, and away from direct sunlight.
Usage
Do I need to open a wholesale, trade, or business account to order?
No separate wholesale account is required to purchase catalogue flavours. Our online store is designed primarily for businesses and already provides B2B pricing, bulk sizes, and no minimum order quantity on ready-to-order catalogue flavours.

Businesses requiring drums, totes, recurring volume, negotiated pricing, or reseller arrangements should contact us to discuss their requirements. Reseller applications are available at: https://www.wonderflavours.com/pages/become-a-reseller
Ordering
Do I need to shake the bottle before use?
Yes. Some flavour concentrates may settle, separate slightly, or vary in appearance during storage. Shake well before use to help ensure even flavour distribution.
Shipping
Do you file FDA Prior Notice for U.S. shipments?
For U.S. food flavour shipments, an FDA Prior Notice is filed as part of the export process. Carrier or brokerage fees may still apply depending on the shipment.
Ordering
Do you have retail store locations?
We do not have retail locations. All sales are online through our website.
Bulk Sizes
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Our online store targets B2B customers with wholesale prices and bulk quantities. We may negotiate prices with large wholesale clients.
Shipping
Do you offer express shipping?

Samples
Can I test or sample flavours before ordering a larger quantity?
Yes. Qualified businesses may request one free 1 oz sample pack before ordering larger quantities. Current options include Fruit, Dessert, Candy, Brew & Distill, and Natural flavour packs.

The Fruit, Dessert, Candy, and Brew & Distill packs each contain 25 × 1 oz samples. The Natural pack currently contains 35 × 1 oz samples. Business verification and approval are required. Shipping on sample packs is free within Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom; businesses elsewhere may request a pack but are responsible for shipping and import charges.

Request a pack at: https://www.wonderflavours.com/products/free-samples-for-businesses
Samples
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is not free for orders. However, we do offer free shipping on free sample packs for approved businesses in the UK, Canada, and the US.
Shipping
Do you offer TTB-approved flavours for beer, wine, spirits, or other alcoholic beverages sold in the United States?
Yes. Wonder Flavours offers a dedicated collection of flavours identified as TTB Approved: https://www.wonderflavours.com/collections/ttb-approved

Using a flavour from this collection can provide the supporting flavour documentation needed for a U.S. alcohol beverage formula submission. However, flavour-level TTB status does not automatically approve every finished beverage. The brewer, winery, distiller, or importer remains responsible for determining and completing any formula, laboratory, and label approval requirements for the finished product.
Documents
Do you provide CAS data for your flavours?
Full formulas are trade secret protected. However, we can provide ranged composition data upon request for regulatory purposes where applicable, including CAS numbers and approximate concentration ranges.
Shipping
How can I obtain a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for a product in my order?
Certificates of Analysis are available by request for specific products and lots. Contact support@wonderflavours.com with your order number, flavour name, SKU, and the lot number printed on the container.

If the order has not yet shipped, the Certificate of Analysis may only be available after the product lot has been allocated.
Documents
Do you provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
Yes. Safety Data Sheets are available at diy.wf, along with other product documents. If you need an SDS that is not listed, contact us and we will provide it for the specific product.
Documents
Do you provide TTB Flavor Ingredient Data Sheets, also called FID Sheets or FIDS?
Flavour Ingredient Data Sheets are available by request for Wonder Flavours products with applicable TTB documentation. Send us the exact flavour name and SKU. If the product is not identified in our TTB Approved collection, confirm document availability before ordering.

A FIDS is specific to one compounded flavour. A U.S. alcohol beverage producer may need a separate FIDS for each compounded flavour used in its finished beverage formula.
Shipping
Do you sell food colouring or colour additives?
Wonder Flavours specializes in flavour concentrates and does not currently sell standalone food colouring. Some flavour concentrates have their own colour and may affect the appearance of a finished product. Review the product specifications or request product-specific information if colour is important to your formulation.
Usage
Do you sell liquid and powder flavours?
Our ready-to-order catalogue currently consists of liquid, PG-based, water-soluble flavour concentrates. Powder flavours are available through custom flavour development, with minimum orders starting at 25 kg. Custom liquid flavours start at 5 gallons.

Custom projects may also be developed in water-soluble or oil-soluble formats depending on the application.
Samples

Wonder Flavours has never discontinued a flavour. If you cannot find a flavour on our website, contact us with its name or SKU and we will help locate it.

How can I look up or trace a product lot or batch number?
Contact us with the complete lot number exactly as printed on the product label, along with the flavour name, SKU, size, and order or invoice number. A clear photograph of the label can also help.

Wonder Flavours concentrates are multi-purpose food flavourings for food and beverage applications, including candy, bakery, desserts, dairy, coffee, tea, beer, cider, seltzer, kombucha, soda, cocktails, and other finished products.
Ordering
How do I become a reseller?
Fill out the contact form on our "Become a Reseller" page and our team will get back to you quickly.
Samples
How much flavour concentrate should I use, and how do I dilute a sample?
Wonder Flavours concentrates are normally added directly to the food or beverage being formulated; a separate pre-dilution is not usually required. Start at approximately 0.1–0.3% of the finished product by volume, then adjust through small bench trials.

Examples:

- 1 litre of finished product: start with 1–3 mL
- 1 US gallon of finished product: start with approximately 3.8–11.4 mL
- One 1 oz sample contains approximately 29.57 mL and can flavour roughly 10–30 litres at the recommended starting range

Some products or processes may require a higher usage rate. Measure by volume unless you have validated a weight-based formula, because every flavour has a different specific gravity. Concentrates are intended to be incorporated into a finished food or beverage and should not be consumed undiluted.
Ordering
How should flavours be used in beer?
Add flavouring after fermentation is complete. Start around 0.1% to 0.3% of the finished beer volume, bench test first, and adjust to taste before scaling up.
Ordering
How should I store flavour concentrates?
Store flavour concentrates tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odours. Proper storage helps maintain flavour quality, colour, and aroma.
Shipping
Is the Propylene Glycol in your flavours produced from, or does it contain plant or animal products or by products?
The Propylene Glycol that used in our flavour products is neither produced from, nor does it contain any plant or animal products or by products. It is from Synthetic Source. Propylene oxide and water are the raw materials used for the production of Propylene Glycol. Propylene oxide is produced utilizing petroleum or inorganic derived raw materials. The water used is obtained from steam condensation.

The above statement applies to ALL Propylene Glycol used as a carrier in flavour products by Wonder Flavours.
Custom Flavours
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity for ready-to-order catalogue flavours on our website. Custom flavour development minimums start at 5 gallons for liquid flavours or 25 kg for powder flavours.

Samples
Which flavours do you recommend for seltzer, sparkling water, flavoured water, or hard seltzer?
Wonder Flavours’ liquid catalogue concentrates are water-soluble and can be bench-tested in carbonated beverages. Popular starting profiles include lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, tangerine, berry, mango, passionfruit, guava, watermelon, pear, and blended tropical or citrus flavours.

Start around 0.1–0.3% by volume and evaluate the flavour in the complete finished base. A flavour concentrate is not necessarily a complete beverage base, so sweetness, acidity, mouthfeel, and preservatives may need to be formulated separately.

Browse the complete Flavour List at https://www.wonderflavours.com/pages/flavour-list or request the Brew & Distill sample pack for hard-seltzer and RTD testing. For U.S. alcoholic beverages, review the TTB Approved collection if FIDS documentation is required.
Shipping
Who pays import duties, taxes, brokerage, or clearance fees?
The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance, regulatory fees, or carrier fees charged at import. U.S. orders qualify for duty-free treatment under USMCA, and standard brokerage fees are included when U.S. customers choose UPS or FedEx. If you receive unexpected carrier-assessed charges on a U.S. order, contact us so we can help review them.
Ordering
Why do some flavours cost more than others?
Flavour pricing varies based on ingredient cost, natural status, availability, and production complexity.
Shipping
Why has my tracking stopped updating or my shipment been delayed?
Tracking may pause between carrier scans or while a shipment is undergoing customs, FDA, or other regulatory clearance. U.S. customs processing may add approximately 3–5 business days.

If the shipment has exceeded its expected delivery window, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can help investigate.
Samples
Why is my order still processing, unfulfilled, or waiting to ship?
Most small catalogue orders ship on business days within 24 hours, while sample packs, large orders, bulk sizes, custom products, and special-order items may require additional preparation time.

Please contact support@wonderflavours.com with your order number for an update.
Shipping
Why was I charged FDA, brokerage, or clearance fees on a U.S. order?
Some carriers may charge clearance, FDA-related, brokerage, or processing fees even when the product itself qualifies for duty-free treatment. If you receive unexpected charges on a U.S. order, contact us so we can help review them.
Samples
Why was my order or free sample request cancelled?
Most cancellations involve free sample requests that do not meet our eligibility requirements. Our free sample program is intended for established food and beverage manufacturers and flavour resellers with a genuine commercial use for our products.

A request may be cancelled if:

It is for personal or DIY use
No acceptable proof of business was provided
The business is unrelated to food, beverage, or flavour manufacturing
The business does not demonstrate sufficient commercial activity for a 25-sample pack
The applicant has already received a free sample pack

Paid orders are rarely cancelled. If a paid order was cancelled, or you believe your business qualifies, contact us with the order number and the email address used at checkout.
