Very good mint, a little goes a long way. I use 0.1% to 0.3% depending on the mix.

Really potent stuff, used at 1% in a mix and it became the dominant flavor, dropped down to .25% and it was still there. In a mellow mix like tea, bubble gum, or anything light fruit related I would start at .15% and adjust to taste. This is really strong and I would hate to see someone over use it. Now in a stronger blend of flavors, you could start at .20% and adjust from there depending on taste, but as mentioned it is strong. This is an absolute flavor for anyone who loves mint in their tea, or anything that would benefit from the taste. Could be used in a bubble gum blend, the possibilities are endless.
