Not what I was looking for

Unfortunately I cant give a full honest review as this wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a substitute for Asian pear and this ended up being too perfumy and too close to apple flavour. Not a knock on your product, I have had lots of great quality flavours from you before. Thanks.

Different

I have never had a thai apple before but what I get from this is a red apple with a waxy skin/outer layer. it pairs very nicely with any fruit/berry I've paired with it so far. I'm not huge on apple flavors but love this because it's not too thin or like "apple juice" There is light layer of earthiness that makes it taste more like the whole fruit opposed to candy or a juice. 0.50% + (it can overpower though so be careful)
